Next Generation Leaders (NGL) program is designed for professionals between the ages of 20 and 40. To develop their leadership potential where development, technology, business, policy, and education come together for new challenges of sustainable development.
NGL participants gain a unique opportunity to advance their professional growth and build the experience and confidence they need to drive development in their own local communities and the large global ecosystem. NGL blends coursework and practical experience to help prepare young professionals from around the world to become the next generation Leaders.
ISDRC selects the participants from all over the world, especially the developing countries, from Academic, Business, Civil Society Organisations, INGOs, Donor Agencies , Think Tank and Governments
